2. Consideration: Motion authorizing the execution of the audit engagement letter with respect to the annual financial and single audit as of and for the year ended September 30, 2017.
3. Consideration: Resolution appointing a member to the Emmet O’Neal Library Board, to serve without compensation through September 30, 2021 (to fill the seat of Max Pulliam).
4. Consideration: Resolution setting a public hearing for October 23, 2017, at 7 p.m. to consider an ordinance rezoning the property located at 2908 Pumphouse Road to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a commercial development in conjunction with the annexation of that portion currently located in unincorporated Jefferson County.

10. Consideration: Resolution authorizing Order Form #780 between the City and Communico, LLC and the City for the development of a website/mobile application for the Emmet O’Neal Library Board and the related Statement of Works.
11. Consideration: Ordinance adopting the City’s 2018 budget.
12. Consideration: Ordinance increasing the salary of the City Manager by two percent (2%) effective October 3, 2017, and amending the related employment agreement.
13. Consideration: Ordinance amending Chapter 14 of the City Code with respect to building permit fees (increase the fee from $8 to $9 per $1,000 of construction value (exclusive of the $1 fee assessed pursuant to Act 2015-308 of the Alabama Legislature effective) for all building permits issued on or after January 1, 2017).
14. Consideration: Ordinance amending Sec. 26-227(s) of the City Code regarding the license fees applicable to accommodations business activities within the City (increase the fee from 3% to 6% of the room lodging gross receipts (imposed in addition to the $4 per room fee) to be paid monthly effective for all lodging rentals on or after January 1, 2017).

3. Consideration: Resolution recommending that the State of Alabama Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Board transfer all ABC licenses of AMP Restaurants, LLC (Trade name: Another Broken Egg Café) to Cojak Investments of Mountain Brook (Trade name: Another Broken Egg Café), 2418 Montevallo Road, Mountain Brook, AL 35223 due to a change of ownership.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the installation of a 150W (equivalent) LED street light on a new pole at the intersection of Cahaba Road and English Village Lane and authorizing the payment of $5,868.30 (+/-) for the installation and electrical connection of said pole by Alabama Power Company.
5. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with MT2 for shell casing removal and berm remediation at the firing range.
6. Consideration: Resolution setting a public hearing for September 11, 2017 to consider an ordinance amending Chapter 129 of the City Code with respect to short-term real property rental regulations.
7. Consideration: Resolution approving the real estate office conditional use application submitted by ARC Realty for property at 2718 Cahaba Road (Local Business District).
8. Consideration: Resolution appointing a traffic consultant to study certain intersections within the City under the APPLE grant previously authorized upon the adoption of Motion No. 2017-082.
9. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a memorandum of understanding between the City and Jefferson County Commission with respect to [possible future] storm debris clean-up and disposal.
