Presenters and others interested in a particular matter for discussion are encouraged to attend the meeting in-person. The City is not responsible for technical issues that may occur that interfere with the virtual meeting. The City Council, at its sole discretion, may proceed with its in-person business meeting regardless of whether virtual attendees can hear and/or observe the proceedings. The City intends to make the meeting available by way of the Zoom app (re: Meeting ID 801-559-1126, password 12162024).

1. Approval of the minutes of the November 25, 2024, regular meeting of the City Council.
2. Consideration: Resolution ratifying and approving the internal transfer of funds for the year October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.
3. Consideration: Resolution approving the beautification improvements at the Country Club/Salisbury/Ridge traffic island.
4. Consideration: Resolution approving the beautification improvements at the Oxford and Salisbury traffic island.
5. Consideration: Resolution approving the beautification improvements at the Sterling and Fairway traffic island.
6. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the memorandum of agreement between the Mountain Brook Fire Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
7. Consideration: Resolution accepting the proposal with Schoel Engineering with respect to the Alabama Veterans Memorial survey.
8. Consideration: Resolution executing an Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement with the City of Homewood with respect to Brookwood Village
9. Comments from residents and attendees.
10. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is January 13, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
