  2. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
  3. Consideration: Resolution approving the change order with CB&A Construction with respect to the Mountain Lane and Montevallo Lane Drainage Improvements.
  4. Comments from residents and attendees.
  5. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is July 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
