  3. Consideration: Resolution electing the Mayor without opposition.
  4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
  5. Public Hearing: Consideration of an Ordinance amending Articles I and XI of the City Code.
  6. Comments from residents and attendees.
  7. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is July 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
  8. Adjourn.
