  2. International Code Council “Building Safety” proclamation.
  3. Approval of the minutes of the April 8, 2019, regular meeting of the City Council.
  4. Consideration: Resolution reappointing Paige B. Daniel to the Finance Committee, to serve without compensation through May 11, 2023.
  5. Consideration: Resolution reappointing W. Craig Fravert to the Finance Committee, to serve without compensation through May 11, 2023.
  6. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the [unbudgeted] purchase/replacement of a batteries, AC/DC caps and fans for the uninterrupted power supply (UPS) serving the back-up E911 system.
  7. Public hearing to consider an ordinance amending Article X of the City Code, Professional District, with respect to permitted uses therein.
  8. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council will be May 13, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
  9. Comments from residents.

  2. Consideration: Resolution reappointing Brian Lucas to the Park and Recreation Board, to serve without compensation, the term to end April 8, 2024.
  3. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a professional services agreement between the City and Skipper Consulting with respect to a comprehensive traffic study of Overton Road.
  4. Consideration: Resolution recommending to the State of Alabama, Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, the issuance of a 040 – Retail Beer (On or Off Premises) and 060 – Retail Table Wine (On or Off Premises) licenses to Golden Age Wines LLC, 2828 Culver Road, Mountain Brook 35223.
  5. Consideration: Resolution adopting internal control policies and procedures.
  6. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for landscape services for the municipal complex, village and library.
  7. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for janitorial services for the City Hall and Fire Administration.
  8. Consideration: Resolution expressing the City Council’s support for, and encouraging the Alabama Legislature to adopt the provisions of, HB41concerning regulation of alternative nicotine products by the ABC Board.
  9. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council will be Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
