- Approval of the minutes of the March 25, 2019, regular meeting of the City Council.
- Consideration: Resolution reappointing Brian Lucas to the Park and Recreation Board, to serve without compensation, the term to end April 8, 2024.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a professional services agreement between the City and Skipper Consulting with respect to a comprehensive traffic study of Overton Road.
- Consideration: Resolution recommending to the State of Alabama, Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, the issuance of a 040 – Retail Beer (On or Off Premises) and 060 – Retail Table Wine (On or Off Premises) licenses to Golden Age Wines LLC, 2828 Culver Road, Mountain Brook 35223.
- Consideration: Resolution adopting internal control policies and procedures.
- Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for landscape services for the municipal complex, village and library.
- Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for janitorial services for the City Hall and Fire Administration.
- Consideration: Resolution expressing the City Council’s support for, and encouraging the Alabama Legislature to adopt the provisions of, HB41concerning regulation of alternative nicotine products by the ABC Board.
- Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council will be Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
