  2. Approval of the minutes of the September 24, 2026, special meeting of the City Council.
  3. Consideration: Resolution increasing the salary schedule for all classified, unclassified and part-time employees by 2.5 percent (2.5%).
  4. Consideration: Resolution approving the cost-sharing of the Local Government Health Insurance Plan (LGHIP) medical/dental insurance premiums as established by the State Employee’s Insurance Board (SEIB).
  5. Consideration: Resolution approving the Professional Service Agreement with Skipper Consulting for a SS4A Grant Plan Preparation.
  6. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for the City’s Street Resurfacing Project.
  7. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for the 2026 Street Striping Project Manual.
  8. Consideration: Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the E911 District adopting the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026 and ending September 30, 2027.
  9. Consideration: Ordinance adopting the City’s budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026 and ending September 30, 2027.
  10. Ordinance increasing the salary of the City Manager of the City of Mountain Brook.
  11. Comments from residents and attendees.
  12. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is October 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
