  5. Judge K. C. Hairston to administer the oath of office to the newly appointed Fire Chief.
  6. Comments from residents and attendees.
  7. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is November 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.

  3. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for the Street Cut Repair Project.
  4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
  5. Consideration: An Ordinance to rezone certain parcels of land in the City of Mountain Brook, Alabama from PUD District (as approved by Ordinance 2143) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) District as amended.

  7. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is October 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
