4. Consideration: Resolution appointing Adam Bomar as the Fire Chief for the City of Mountain Brook.
5. Judge K. C. Hairston to administer the oath of office to the newly appointed Fire Chief.
6. Comments from residents and attendees.
7. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is November 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
8. Adjourn.
