2. Epilepsy Awareness Month Proclamation.
3. American Indian Heritage Month Proclamation.
4. Consideration: Resolution accepting the proposal with Sain Associates for the design of sidewalk improvements along Old Leeds Lane.
5. Consideration: Resolution approving the topographic survey services with Sain Associates for the Public Works locker room site.
6. Consideration: Resolution executing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Jefferson County Commission regarding debris removal and monitoring services.
7. Consideration: Resolution accepting the dedication of certain private streets within Lane Parke.
8. Consideration: Resolution executing a contract and a cost sharing agreement for the replacement of the irrigation system at Brookwood Forest Elementary.
9. Consideration: Ordinance authorizing a merit increase for the City Manager.
10. Consideration: Ordinance to rezone certain parcels of land in the City of Mountain Brook, Alabama from PUD District (as approved by Ordinance 2143) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) District as amended.
11. Comments from residents and attendees.
12. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is November 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
