  5. Discussion: Ordinance amending Article XXIII and Article XVIII of the City Code with respect to Home Occupations (This is expected to be carried over).
  6. Comments from residents and attendees.
  7. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is June 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.

  9. Consideration: Resolution extending the Client Based Home Occupation Moratorium.
  10. Consideration: Ordinance amending article XI of the City Code with respect to self-storage facilities.
  11. Discussion: Ordinance amending Article XXIII and Article XVIII of the City Code with respect to Home Occupations (there will not be a vote, this is expected to be carried over).

  13. Announcement: The City Council will have a special meeting on May 18th at 7:30 a.m. followed by a work session.
  14. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council has been rescheduled to May 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. due to Memorial Day.
