5. Expression of gratitude to Norman Orr for his dedicated service to the City of Mountain Brook.
6. Expression of gratitude to the Falkenburg’s for the donation of land located at 2536 Montevallo Drive to the City of Mountain Brook.
7. Consideration: Resolution accepting the donation of real property located at 2536 Montevallo Drive.
8. Consideration: Resolution executing a contractor agreement with Street Scapes for the Thermoplastic Traffic Pattern on Hoyt Lane project.
9. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the Chief of Police or his designee to destroy weapons, drugs, and other evidence and auction such other items as may be permissible.
10. Public Hearing: Ordinance to rezone certain parcels of land from Local Business District to Residence-F District on Fiarhaven Drive.
11. Round Forest Circle discussion.
12. Other comments from residents and attendees.
13. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is August 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.

5. Consideration: Resolution executing and submitting a Planning and Demonstration grant application to install flashing beacons at MBJH and a raised crosswalk on Stone River.
