Presenters and others interested in a particular matter for discussion are encouraged to attend the meeting in-person. The City is not responsible for technical issues that may occur that interfere with the virtual meeting. The City Council, at its sole discretion, may proceed with its in-person business meeting regardless of whether virtual attendees can hear and/or observe the proceedings. - Colorectal Cancer Awareness Proclamation
- Approval of the minutes of the January 9, 2023, regular meeting of the City Council
- Resolution ratifying change order No. 3 with respect to the Caldwell Mill Road Bridge project
- Resolution amending the retainer structure for the law firm of Bishop Colvin
- Resolution entering into a negotiated contract with Enviro Management Company (EMC) Inc. with respect to the Building and Onsite Sanitary Sewer Upgrades project located at the Mountain Brook High School.
