1. Approval of the minutes of the January 27, 2025, regular meeting of the City Council.
2. First Responders Foundation Mayoral Appointment.
3. Consideration: Resolution appointing a member to the First Responders Foundation.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing a change order with respect to the Montclair Sidewalk project.
5. Consideration: Resolution accepting the Standard Project with ALDOT with respect to the Highway 280 improvements project.
6. Consideration: Resolution executing an agreement with United Ability, Inc. (dba Gone for Good) with respect to a community document destruction and e-waste recycling event on April 5, 2025.
7. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of the MWCF Deductible Addendum-2025 with respect to the $300,000 deductible workers’ compensation insurance coverage.
8. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
9. Consideration: Resolution executing a contractor agreement with respect to the pedestrian brick pattern crosswalk in Mountain Brook Village.
10. Consideration: Resolution executing a contractor agreement with respect to the speed humps construction on Halbrook Lane and Arundel Drive.
11. Comments from residents and attendees.
12. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is February 24, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
