  2. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
  3. Consideration: Ordinance amending Chapter 14 of the City Code with respect to fees.
  4. Comments from residents and attendees.
  5. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is June 9, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
  6. Adjourn.
