1. Alabama Urban Forestry Association to present its President’s Award to Council President Virginia Smith.
2. Approval of the minutes of the October 13, 2025, regular meeting of the City Council.
3. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the agreement for consulting services with Schoel with respect to the low impact development stormwater masterplan.
4. Consideration: Resolution approving the irrigation replacement contract with respect to the Mountain Brook Elementary field.
5. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
6. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for a vehicle for the Inspection Department.
7. Consideration: Resolution extending the Home Occupation moratorium.
8. Planning Commission mayoral appointment.
9. Comments from residents and attendees.
10. Announcement: The organizational meeting of the City Council will be November 3, 2025 at 8:00 a.m.
11. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is November 10, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
