  1. Recognize new Police Chief, Thomas Boulware.
  2. Approval of the minutes of the March 24, 2025, regular meeting of the City Council.
  3. Approval of the minutes of the April 1, 2025, special meeting of the City Council.
  4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a Master Services Agreement with Carr, Riggs, and Ingram with respect to auditing services.
  5. Consideration: Resolution entering into a contract for General Services with Birmingham Regional Paratransit Consortium d/b/a ClasTran.
  6. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a Fiber Optic Franchise Agreement with Lumos Fiber of Alabama.
  7. Consideration: Resolution ratifying a change order for the Fire Station No. 2.
  8. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale, disposal, or donation of certain surplus property.
  9. Consideration: Ordinance prohibiting parking on Country Club Boulevard (on the Country Club of Birmingham side).
  10. Consideration: Ordinance establishing a 25 mile per hour posted speed limit on Richmar Drive.
  11. Consideration: Ordinance establishing a 15 mile per hour school zone speed limit on a portion of Richmar Drive.
  12. Comments from residents and attendees.
  13. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is rescheduled from April 28, 2025 to April 29, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. due to the Mountain Brook Student Showcase.
