- Approval of the minutes of the April 8, 2013 regular meeting of the City Council.
- Consideration: Resolution setting a public hearing for Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 7 p.m. to consider an ordinance amending Section 129-192(b) of the City Code to allow veterinary/animal grooming uses as a conditional use in the Local Business district.
- Consideration: Resolution recommending to the ABC Board their issuance of a special event license to La Paz for its Cinco de Mayo celebration in their parking lot on May 5, 2013.
- Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is Monday, May 13, 2013, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
