- Approval of the minutes of the May 13, 2013 regular meeting of the City Council.
- Consideration: Resolution reappointing David P. B. Price to the Park and Recreation Board, to serve without compensation, with a term of office to expire on May 27, 2018.
- Consideration: Resolution ratifying the execution of a release agreement with respect to the City’s cancellation of the Safe-Routes-to-Schools sidewalk construction project contract.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a 3-year Auxiliary Audit Agreement between the City and PRA Government Services, LLC.
- Consideration: Adoption of an ordinance amending the fiscal 2013 budget.
- Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance amending Section 129-192(b) of the City Code to allow veterinary/animal grooming uses as a conditional use in the Local Business district.
- Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is Monday, June 10, 2013, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
