- Approval of the minutes of the August 11, 2014 regular meeting of the City Council.
- Proclamation: Constitution Week.
- Proclamation: Gynecological Cancer Awareness Week.
- Consideration: Motion authorizing the City Manager to bind the City’s fiscal 2015 property and liability insurance policies with One Beacon Insurance (no change in deductibles from the expiring policy) effective September 1, 2014 as recommended by the Finance Committee at its work session conducted August 14, 2014.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of two service agreements between the City and New World Systems with respect to 1) Aegis MSP and Mobile server migration and 2) NCIC parsing.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement between the City and Ilene and Sanford Axelroth with respect to a Public Utility easement encroachment at 3525 Mill Springs Road.
- Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council will be September 8, 2014, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
