- Consideration: Resolution declaring certain property surplus and authorizing its sale at public Internet auction.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the City’s participation in the 2016 “Back-to-School” Sales Tax Holiday, beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, August 5, 2015, and ending at twelve midnight on Sunday, August 7, 2015, whereby the City of Mountain Brook will exempt certain school supplies, computers, and clothing from municipal sales or use tax in conformance with the time period, terms and conditions, and definitions as provided for the “State of Alabama Sales Tax Holiday”
- Consideration: Resolution approving the conditional (service) use application for an veterinarian/pet grooming business at 253 Country Club Park subject to specified conditions.
- Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is May 9, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
