1. Approval of the minutes of the July 25, 2016 regular meeting of the City Council.
2. Consideration: Resolution appointing Graham Leigh Smith to the Editorial Board of the City of Mountain Brook, to serve without compensation, with the term of office to end August 8, 2020.
3. Consideration: Resolution ratifying the execution of real estate closing documents with respect to the acquisition of property pursuant to Article III, Section 3.1(a) of the development agreement between the City and Ajlouny Investments, LLC authorized upon the adoption of Resolution No. 2014-170 on December 16, 2014.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with the Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority (MAX) for their provision of public transportation services in the City for fiscal year ending September 30, 2017.
5. Consideration: Resolution approving the permit for the installation of small cell technology facilities and related four (4) new support structures pursuant to the provisions specified in Ordinance No. 1948 (Sec. 2. (b)(vii) (3) and Sec. 3.(b)(v)(1)).
6. Consideration: Resolution approving the conditional [service] use application for a tutoring provider at 2000 Cahaba Road in English Village [local business district].
7. Request by Chase and Megan Gore, owners of 502 Euclid Avenue, for alley access and parking improvements.
8. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is August 22, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
9. Comments from residents.
10. Adjourn.
