1. Consideration: Resolution recognizing Billy Angell for his service on the Tree Commission.
2. Approval of the minutes of the June 12, 2017, regular meeting of the City Council.
3. Consideration: Resolution declaring a police SUV surplus and authorizing its conveyance to the West Blount Fire Department.
4. Consideration: Resolution recommending to the State of Alabama, Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board, the issuance of a 020 – Restaurant Retail Liquor license to Sharecropper, LLC (trade name Ollie Irene) located at 75 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
5. Consideration: Ordinance providing for stops signs (2) on Wimbleton Drive at each of its two (2) intersections with Dunbarton Drive.
6. Consideration: Ordinance providing for a stop on Shambley Drive at its intersection with Warrington Road.
7. Consideration: Ordinance providing for a stop on Westmoreland Drive at its intersection with Ryecroft Road.
8. Consideration: Ordinance lowering the speed limit on Montevallo Terrace to 25 miles per hour and provide for punishment for violations thereof.
9. Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance amending the permitted office uses within the Local Business District to include medical/dental clinics as a conditional use.
10. Consideration: Resolution approving the medical clinic conditional use application submitted by Bayer Properties for the operation (by a tenant) of a medical clinic in Cahaba Village (Local Business Mixed Use District).
11. Public hearing: Consideration of ordinance rezoning property at 30 Dexter Avenue from Vine Street Transitional (office use) to Vine Street Transitional (mixed use).
12. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is July 10, 2017, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
