  1. Consideration: Resolution expressing gratitude to Cay Alby for her service to the City on the Planning Commission.
  2. February 23-25, 2018, proclaimed “Girl Scout Cookie Weekend”.
  3. Presentation of the annual financial audit of the City as of and for the year ended September 30, 2017.
  4. Approval of the minutes of the January 22, 2018, regular meeting of the City Council.
  5. Approval of the minutes of the February 2, 2018, special meeting of the City Council.
  6. Consideration: Resolution declaring certain property surplus and authorize its sale at public internet auction (or disposal for scrap if not sold at said auction).
  7. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of the MWCF Deductible Addendum – 2018 and such other documents that may be determined necessary with respect to the City’s workers’ compensation insurance renewal for the policy year beginning February 1, 2018.
  8. Public hearing to consider the Mountain Brook Village traffic modifications.
  9. Announcement: The City Council shall conduct a public hearing on February 26, 2018, at 7 p.m., to consider an ordinance rezoning parcels of land in Mountain Brook and unincorporated Jefferson County from Residence A and R-1, respectively, to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for business and professional office uses (in conjunction with the annexation of the property in unincorporated Jefferson County).
  10. Announcement: The City Council shall conduct a public hearing on February 26, 2018, at 7 p.m., to consider an ordinance amending the master development plan of Calton Hill to include additional adjoining property (vacated 3rd Street right-of-way) to be zoned Residential Infill District.
  11. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is February 26, 2018, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
  12. Comments from residents.
  13. Adjourn.
