As a matter of convenience, members of the public are invited to listen, observe and participate in public meetings by Internet video conference. Presenters and others interested in a particular matter for discussion are encouraged to attend the meeting in-person. The City is not responsible for technical issues that may occur that interfere with the virtual meeting. The City Council, at its sole discretion, may proceed with its in-person business meeting regardless of whether virtual attendees can hear and/or observe the proceedings. The City intends to make the meeting available by way of the Zoom app (re: Meeting ID 801-559-1126, password 09122022).

6. Approval of the minutes of the September 1, 2022, special meeting of the City Council
7. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
8. Consideration: Resolution accepting the proposal submitted by Wright Construction Company with respect to the Old Leeds Road Sidewalk project.
9. Consideration: Resolution authorizing a contract between the City and The Barrett Group with respect to the architectural design of Fire Station #2.
10. Consideration: Resolution accepting the proposal submitted K&K Systems with respect to the installation of crosswalk warning signs with LED flashing lights at Montrose Road and Mountain Park Drive.
11. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the contractor agreement between the City and Civil & Structural Solutions, LLC with respect to the roof repair on the Parks and Recreation building.
12. Consideration: Ordinance amending the budget for the year beginning October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2022.
13. Comments from residents and attendees.
14. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is September 26, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
