As a matter of convenience, members of the public are invited to listen and observe in public meetings by Internet video conference. Presenters and others interested in a particular matter for discussion are encouraged to attend the meeting in-person. The City is not responsible for technical issues that may occur that interfere with the virtual meeting. The City Council, at its sole discretion, may proceed with its in-person business meeting regardless of whether virtual attendees can hear and/or observe the proceedings. The City intends to make the meeting available by way of the Zoom app (re: Meeting ID 801-559-1126, password 11252024).

1. Tree City Award presented by Ms. Kate Wiswall with the Alabama Forestry Commission
2. Approval of the minutes of the November 12, 2024, regular meeting of the City Council.
3. Consideration: Resolution honoring Rhett Loveman for his service on the Board of Zoning Adjustment.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a 3-year extension (through December 31, 2028) of the parking lot lease agreement between the City and  Merkos L’Inyonie Chinuch of Alabama (Chabad of Alabama).
5. Comments from residents and attendees.
6. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is December 9, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

4. Contract with Sain Associates for the design of the final phase of the Brookwood Road sidewalk project-Nathan Currie of Sain Associates
5. Two right-of-way acquisition and temporary construction easements for the final segment of the Locksley Road sidewalks-Sam Gaston
