3. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the undertaking of the Mountain Brook Elementary Fence Project.
5. Comments from residents and attendees.
6. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is February 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
