6. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
7. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for the Mountain Brook Fire Department Re-Furb of the Reserve Quint Ladder Truck.
8. Consideration: Resolution approving the agreement with Sain Associates with respect to on-call/demand contract engineering services.
9. Consideration: Resolution authorizing signatories for the City’s Truist Bank deposit and investment accounts.

11. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council has been rescheduled to April 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. due to the Mountain Brook Schools student showcase.
