1. Approval of the minutes of the June 8, 2026, regular meeting of the City Council.
2. Consideration: Resolution extending the Home Occupation moratorium.
3. Consideration: Resolution authorizing certain property as surplus and authorizing their trade.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
5. Consideration: Resolution accepting the proposal with Bhate with respect to the subsurface exploration and geotechnical engineering evaluation of the Mountain Brook High School Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion.
6. Consideration: Resolution accepting a proposal and authorizing the execution a software subscriber agreement with Park Loyalty with respect to Enforce Pro for parking tickets.
7. Consideration: Resolution approving the contract documents for the library renovation project.
8. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid to Avery Landscaping for the Brookwood Road TAP sidewalk project.
9. Consideration: Resolution recommending to the ABC Board the issuance of a 140-Special Events Retail license to TRO Inc. (Trade name Oteys Fest) for its special event.
10. Comments from residents and attendees.
11. Announcement: The City Council will hold a special meeting on July 9th at 5:00pm to discuss the Home Occupation Ordinance.
12. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is July 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
