1. Approval of the minutes of the July 9, 2018, joint meeting of the Mountain Brook City Council and Mountain Brook Emergency Communications District.
2. Consideration: Resolution appointing Chris Mitchell as a full member to the Board of Zoning Adjustment, to serve without compensation through September 25, 2018 (filling the unexpired term of Henry Lapidus).
3. Consideration: Certificate of election (without opposition) deeming Alice B. Womack a City Council member (Place 1) of the City of Mountain Brook, Alabama for the term of office commencing on the first Monday of November, 2018.
4. Consideration: Certificate of election (without opposition) deeming William S. (Billy) Pritchard III a City Council member (Place 3) of the City of Mountain Brook, Alabama for the term of office commencing on the first Monday of November, 2018.
5. Consideration: Certificate of election (without opposition) deeming Lloyd C. Shelton a City Council member (Place 5) of the City of Mountain Brook, Alabama for the term of office commencing on the first Monday of November, 2018.
6. Consideration: Resolution appointing Stutts Everette to the Villages Design Review Committee to serve without compensation through February 1, 2020, to fill the seat vacated by W. F. Tynes Quarles.
7. Consideration: Ordinance authorizing the placement of two (2) stop signs on Brookwood Road at and in the vicinity of its intersection with Crosshill Road.
8. Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance amending Section 129-192 of the City Code with respect to Local Business [Sec. (a)(1)bb. catering] permitted uses.
9. Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance amending the Lane Parke Planned Unit Development (PUD) master development plan with respect to sidewalk materials and design and sidewalk lighting around the perimeter of the Grand Bohemian Hotel.
10. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is August 13, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.

1. Approval of the minutes of the June 25, 2018, regular meeting of the Mountain Brook City Council.
2. Consideration: Resolution declaring certain E911 equipment surplus and ratifying its disposal.
3. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a workers’ compensation claim administration and payment assignment agreement between the City and Midwest Employers Casualty Company with respect to claim that has exceeded the policy retention limitation.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of the Jefferson County Elections contract with respect to the anticipated August 28, 2018, municipal election.
5. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a professional service agreement between the City and Schoel Engineering Company, Inc. for a drainage evaluation and design project at 3229─3331 Pine Ridge Road.
6. Announcement: On July 23, 2018, at 7 p.m. the City Council will consider a request to amend the Lane Parke Planned Unit Development (PUD) master plan with respect to sidewalk materials and design, and sidewalk lighting around the perimeter of the Grand Bohemian Hotel.
