As a matter of convenience, members of the public are invited to listen, observe and participate in public meetings by Internet video conference. Presenters and others interested in a particular matter for discussion are encouraged to attend the meeting in-person. The City is not responsible for technical issues that may occur that interfere with the virtual meeting. The City Council, at its sole discretion, may proceed with its in-person business meeting regardless of whether virtual attendees can hear and/or observe the proceedings. 2. Approval of the minutes of the March 14, 2022, regular meeting of the City Council.
3. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for the bridge replacement on Caldwell Mill road over Little Shades Creek.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
5. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a contractor agreement between the City and Alabama Guardrail Inc. with respect to the installation of a guardrail on Overton Road and Lockerby Road.
6. Consideration: Resolution appointing two (2) Directors to the Educational Building Authority of the City of Mountain Brook-Highlands School.
7. Consideration: Resolution reappointing Lynn Ritchie to the Village Design Review Committee.
8. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution/renewal of two ground leases with respect to the English Village public parking lots (Armans, LLC and Redstone Holdings, LLC).
9. Consideration: Resolution accepting the proposal from Enviro Management Corp. with respect to the wastewater Treatment Plant Generator Plans.
10. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a contractor agreement between the City and Wright Construction Company with respect to the Manning Condominium Complex Curb Gutter Project.
11. Consideration: Ordinance authorizing the placement of a stop sign at Christopher Court at its intersection with Orleans Road.
12. Consideration: Ordinance revising the election dates and terms of the City Council and Mayor.
13. Comments from residents and attendees.
14. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is April 11, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.
