Presenters and others interested in a particular matter for discussion are encouraged to attend the meeting in-person. The City is not responsible for technical issues that may occur that interfere with the virtual meeting. The City Council, at its sole discretion, may proceed with its in-person business meeting regardless of whether virtual attendees can hear and/or observe the proceedings. - Approval of the minutes of the March 13, 2023, regular meeting of the City Council.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the Intergovernmental Agreement with Jefferson County with respect to the contingency funding for the Electronic Collection Event at the Birmingham Zoo.
- Consideration: Resolution accepting the supplemental proposal for additional services with Sain and Associates with respect to the roundabout project.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the additional consulting services agreement with Schoel Engineering with respect to the redesign of drainage improvements at Pine Crest Road and Canterbury United Methodist Church.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of surplus property.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a contractor agreement with Stone and Sons Electrical with respect to the demolition and install of LED lighting inside the Parks and Recreation building.
- Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid to Ladd’s Golf and Turf LLC with respect to turf mowing equipment.
