  4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a license agreement between the City and Zoobean with respect to a mobile responsive web application to facilitate library patrons’ access to and participation in the library’s programs.
  5. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a service and license agreement between the City and Swell Fundraising, LLC for its development and hosting of a web application to facilitate fundraising efforts with respect to the proposed Mountain Brook Elementary restroom building.
  6. Consideration: Resolution re-appointing Richard Murray, IV to the Board of Education of the City of Mountain Brook, to serve without compensation, with the term of office to end May 31, 2023.
  7. Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance amending Sec. 129-211, Community Shopping District, of the City Code.

  9. Consideration: Ordinance annexing a 1.7 +/- acre parcel located at 2908 Pump House Road to the City of Mountain Brook, conditioned upon said parcel being rezoned from Jefferson County R-1 and an adjacent parcel located in the City from Residence A [both] to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for business and professional uses (re: Ordinance 2010 above).
  10. Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance amending the master development plan of Calton Hill to include additional adjoining property (vacated 3rd Street right-of-way) to be zoned Residential Infill District.
