  1. Approval of the minutes of the January 9, 2018, regular meeting of the City Council.
  2. Consideration: Resolution declaring the totaled evidence van (2005 Ford E150, VIN 1FTRE14W25HA67771, asset no. 13161) surplus and authorizing its sale to the at-fault driver’s insurance company in consideration of $10,804.
  3. Consideration: Ordinance authorizing the placement of a stop sign on Greenway Road at its intersection with Country Club Boulevard and provide for punishment for violations thereof.
  4. Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance amending Chapter 129 of the City Code with respect to accessory structures and buildings on residential lots.
  5. Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance amending Chapter129 of the City Code with respect to community shopping district permitted uses.
  6. Announcement: Mayor appointment to the Planning Commission to fill the seat of outgoing member Cay B. Alby.
  7. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is February 12, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
  8. Comments from residents.
  9. Adjourn.
