- Consideration: Resolution declaring the totaled evidence van (2005 Ford E150, VIN 1FTRE14W25HA67771, asset no. 13161) surplus and authorizing its sale to the at-fault driver’s insurance company in consideration of $10,804.
- Consideration: Ordinance authorizing the placement of a stop sign on Greenway Road at its intersection with Country Club Boulevard and provide for punishment for violations thereof.
- Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance amending Chapter 129 of the City Code with respect to accessory structures and buildings on residential lots.
- Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance amending Chapter129 of the City Code with respect to community shopping district permitted uses.
- Announcement: Mayor appointment to the Planning Commission to fill the seat of outgoing member Cay B. Alby.
