As a matter of convenience, members of the public are invited to listen, observe and participate in public meetings by Internet video conference. Presenters and others interested in a particular matter for discussion are encouraged to attend the meeting in-person. The City is not responsible for technical issues that may occur that interfere with the virtual meeting. The City Council, at its sole discretion, may proceed with its in-person business meeting regardless of whether virtual attendees can hear and/or observe the proceedings. The City intends to make the meeting available by way of the Zoom app (re: Meeting ID 801-559-1126, password 02282022). Unvaccinated in-person attendees are asked to mask.

1. Approval of the minutes of the February 14, 2022, regular meeting of the City Council.
2. Approval of the minutes of the February 24, 2022, work session discussion.
3. Consideration: Resolution approving the Land Use Agreement between the City and Eugene Renfroe and Jana Renfroe with respect to the Caldwell Mill Road “Bridge Project”.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a contract between the City and Strengths Consulting, Inc. with respect to a city-wide employee engagement survey.
5. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the hourly rate increases for litigation services provided by Starnes, Davis & Florie, LLP.
6. Consideration: Ordinance establishing a 15-minute time restrictions for the public parking spaces along Petticoat Lane at Blue Root, 2822 Petticoat Lane.
7. Comments from residents and attendees.
8. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is March 14, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.
