8. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid to the Northcote Drive Culvert Replacement project to JD Morris Construction Company Inc.
9. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for the janitorial services for the municipal complex and police department and authorizing a 3-year contract for the same.
