3. Approval of the minutes of the August 27, 2018, regular meeting of the Mountain Brook City Council.
4. Consideration: Resolution reappointing David P. B. Price to the Park & Recreation Board, to serve without compensation, with the term of office to end May 27, 2023.
5. Consideration: Resolution reappointing Chris Mitchell to the Board of Zoning Adjustment, to serve without compensation, with the term of office to end September 25, 2021.
6. Consideration: Resolution reappointing Sim W. Johnson to the Tree Commission, to serve without compensation, with the term of office to end September 28, 2021.
7. Consideration: Resolution reappointing Brandon Plowden to the Tree Commission, to serve without compensation, with the term of office to end April 13, 2021.
8. Consideration: Resolution reappointing Patrick Carlton to The Emmet O’Neal Library Board, to serve without compensation, with the term of office to end September 30, 2022.
9. Consideration: Resolution recommending to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board the issuance of a 020 – Restaurant Retail Liquor license to Perfect Pi Partners,I, LLC (trade name Midici Pizza), 270 Rele Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35223.
10. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a the contractor agreement between the City and Lower Brothers Co. Inc., with respect to the resurfacing of tennis courts located at 3020 Overton Road.
11. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is September 24, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
