1. Approval of the minutes of the May 29, 2018, regular meeting of the Mountain Brook City Council.
2. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the [budgeted] payment from the General Fund of $300,000 into the City of Mountain Brook Section 115 (retiree medical insurance) Trust for investment in accordance with the City’s investment policy.
3. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a contractor agreement between the City and Lower Brothers Co. Inc., with respect to the resurfacing of six tennis courts at Mountain Brook High School.
4. Consideration: Resolution adopting the social media policy for the City.
5. Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance repealing Ordinance 1408, Highway 280 Overlay and Map.
6. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is June 25, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
7. Comments from residents.
8. Adjourn.
