1. Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce semi-annual report to the City Council.
2. Approval of the minutes of the October 8, 2018, regular meeting of the Mountain Brook City Council.
3. Consideration: Resolution expressing gratitude to Susan Swagler for her service on the Planning Commission.
4. Consideration: Resolution expressing gratitude to Henry Lapidus for his service on the Board of Zoning Adjustment.
5. Consideration: Resolution appointing a member to the Park and Recreation Board to fill the unexpired term of Gerald A. Garner.
6. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a memorandum of understanding between the City and Jefferson County Commission with respect to storm debris removal services.
7. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution and submission of FCC Form 394 with respect to cable service in the City.
8. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with the Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority (BJCTA or MAX) for their provision of public transportation services in the City for fiscal year ending September 30, 2019.
9. Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance rezoning a parcel recently annexed into the City from its temporary zoning of Res-B to permanent zoning of Res-A, 2700 Lockerbie Circle.
10. Mayoral announcement: Mayor Welch will announce his appointment to the Planning Commission to fulfill the unexpired term of Susan Swagler ending October 1, 2020 (2014-138).
11. Announcement: The City Council shall hold an organizational meeting on Monday, November 5, 2018 (time to be announced) in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
12. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council (after the organizational meeting) will be Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
13. Comments from residents.
