- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a service agreement between the City and Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a service agreement between the City and Birmingham Zoo, Inc.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a service agreement between the City and Prescott House.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a service agreement between the City and Jefferson/Blount/St. Clair Mental Health Authority.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a service agreement between the City and Birmingham Botanical Gardens.
- Consideration: Resolution ratifying the execution of a field use/maintenance agreement between the City and Birmingham Levite Jewish Community Center.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the Chief of Police or his designee to destroy the weapons, drug, and other evidence and auction such other items as may be permissible.
- Announcement: The City Council shall conduct a public hearing to consider an ordinance rezoning a parcel recently annexed into the City from its temporary zoning of Res-B to permanent zoning of Res-A, 2700 Lockerbie Circle.
- Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is October 22, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
