As a matter of convenience, members of the public are invited to listen, observe and participate in public meetings by Internet video conference. Presenters and others interested in a particular matter for discussion are encouraged to attend the meeting in-person. The City is not responsible for technical issues that may occur that interfere with the virtual meeting. The City Council, at its sole discretion, may proceed with its in-person business meeting regardless of whether virtual attendees can hear and/or observe the proceedings. The City intends to make the meeting available by way of the Zoom app (re: Meeting ID 801-559-1126, password 03142022). Unvaccinated in-person attendees are asked to mask.
  1. Approval of the minutes of the February 28, 2022, regular meeting of the City Council.
  2. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of the Jefferson County Municipal Election Services Agreement with respect to the August 23rd, 2022, Municipal election.
  3. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
  4. Consideration: Ordinance amending the budget for library salaries.
  5. Consideration: Ordinance authorizing the placement of a stop sign at Spring Valley Road at its intersection with Spring Valley Road.
  6. Comments from residents and attendees.
  7. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is March 28, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.
  8. Adjourn.

  7. Authorize a 5% premium-incentive pay for the building inspectors who obtain a Residential Combination Inspector, Commercial Combination Inspector, Combination Plans Examiner Certification, Combination Inspector Certification or any other certificate from the International Code Council (ICC)-Sam Gaston (See attached information.   8. Guardrail for Overton Road at Lockerbie Subdivision entrance-Ronnie Vaughn. (See attached information. This item may be added to the formal agenda.)
