- Access easement agreement regarding the Ajlouny Investments (Piggly Wiggly), Donna Gray, owner of the old CVS property, and the City.
- Contract with Walter Schoel Engineering, Inc. to review and advise the City regarding the Park View Townhomes Subdivision – Dana Hazen.
- Authorize the establishment of a custodial investment account and the transfer of the retiree medical trust (IRC Section 115) investments from the existing corporate trust to the newly established custodial investment account – Steven Boone.
