- Approval of the minutes of the March 28, 2016 regular meeting of the City Council.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the 3-year extension (through September 30, 2019) of the garbage service contract with Waste Management of Central Alabama.
- Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for landscape maintenance services for the Library, villages, and municipal complex and authorizing the execution of a 36-month contract for same.
- Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for janitorial services for defined areas of the municipal complex and authorizing the execution of a 36-month contract for same.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement between the City and Gillespie Construction, LLC with respect to the construction of a sidewalk along Overbrook Road.
- Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is April 25, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
