As a matter of convenience, members of the public are invited to listen, observe and participate in public meetings by Internet video conference. Seating capacity at the City’s public meetings may be limited for distancing purposes. Should attendance exceed seating capacity, persons may not be allowed into the meeting room. Anyone turned away at the door may tune into the meeting by way of the Zoom app (re: Meeting ID 801-559-1126, password 09132021). Unvaccinated attendees are asked to mask.

1. Approval of the minutes of the August 23, 2021, regular meeting of the City Council.
2. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the [unbudgeted] purchase of a police vehicle to replace a unit recently totaled.
3. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing change order No.1 with respect to the Hagood sidewalk project (TAPBH-TA 19(930)).
5. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of an implementation costs sharing agreement between the City and Mountain Brook Board of Education with respect to the girls' softball field improvements.
6. Consideration: Resolution ratifying the execution of a 2021 commercial equipment rental/purchase agreement between the City and Ingram Equipment Company, Inc. for the short-term rental of a garbage truck.
7. Comments from residents and attendees.
8. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is September 27, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.
9. Adjourn.
