2. Consideration: Resolution recognizing Frank Lassiter for his dedicated service on the Planning Commission.
3. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property.
4. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid to Hoover Toyota for the purchase of a vehicle used by the Inspection Department.
5. Consideration: Resolution executing a right-of-way encroachment agreement with the City and Robert B. Conner Jr for property located at 2324 Cahaba Road.
6. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the Secondary Opioid Manufacturer Allocation Agreement.
7. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the Contractor Agreement with Trawick Contractors, Inc. with respect to the installation of mini-splits and windows in 2 concession stands.
8. Mayoral Planning Commission Appointment.
9. Comments from residents and attendees.
10. Announcement: The annual Storm Water Management Program Plan for the City of Mountain Brook is being updated on September 8, 2025. The Plan is available for review and/or public comment here at City Hall in the Building Inspection Office or on the Website at www.mtnbrook.org (department, Storm Water, SWMPP).
11. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is September 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
