  5. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for the police tactical van conversion.
  6. Consideration: Resolution accepting the professional services proposal submitted by Sain Associates for surveying and engineering with respect to the planned sidewalk on Old Leeds Road from Shady Lane to Old Leeds Lane.
