- Consideration: Resolution declaring certain vehicles and equipment surplus and authorize their sell at public Internet auction.
- Consideration: Resolution authorizing the establishment of an interest bearing checking account to be used for the deposit of municipal court cash bonds and fines.
- Consideration: Ordinance amending the educational incentive policy of the City with respect to public safety personnel.
- Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is November 9, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
