2. Approval of the minutes of July 12, 2017, City Council-Planning Commission work session.
3. Approval of the minutes of the July 18, 2017, special meeting of the City Council.
4. Consideration: Resolution declaring certain personal property surplus and authorizing its sale at public, Internet auction.
5. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a professional services agreement with Kelly Landscape Architects, LLC for the design of the field improvements at the Athletic Complex.
6. Consideration: Resolution re-appointing Richard F. Simonton to the Board of Zoning Adjustment, to serve without compensation, with the term of office to end July 25, 2020.
7. Consideration: Resolution appointing Lindsay Smith Puckett to the Board of Landscape Design of the City of Mountain Brook, to fill the unexpired term of Kelly Hulsey and serve without compensation, with the term of office to end September 12, 2019.
8. Consideration: Resolution accepting and authorizing the execution of a work authorization submitted by Sain Associates, representing an addendum to the project previously authorized upon the adoption of Resolution No. 2016-189, with respect to the Cahaba Road/U. S. Highway 280 ramps/Lane Park Road/Culver Road roundabout project (CMAQ-3715(266)).
9. Consideration: Ordinance amending the fiscal 2017 budget.
10. Consideration: Ordinance providing for a stop on Delmar Terrace Circle at Sheridan Drive.
11. Consideration: Ordinance providing for a stop on Beech Court at Beech Circle.
12. Consideration: Ordinance providing for a stop on Sheridan Drive at Greenbriar Lane.
13. Consideration: Ordinance providing for a stop on Cold Harbor Circle at Cold Harbor Drive.
14. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is August 14, 2017, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
