1. Approval of the minutes of the July 24, 2017 regular meeting of the City Council.
2. Consideration: Resolution recommending that the State of Alabama Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Board issue a 040 – Retail Beer (On or Off Premises) and 060 – Retail Table Wine (On or Off Premises) licenses to DHV, LLC (trade name: Nothing But Noodles located at 2800 Cahaba Village Plaza, Suite 140, Mountain Brook, AL 35243.
3. Consideration: Resolution recommending that the State of Alabama Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Board transfer all ABC licenses of AMP Restaurants, LLC (Trade name: Another Broken Egg Café) to Cojak Investments of Mountain Brook (Trade name: Another Broken Egg Café), 2418 Montevallo Road, Mountain Brook, AL 35223 due to a change of ownership.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the installation of a 150W (equivalent) LED street light on a new pole at the intersection of Cahaba Road and English Village Lane and authorizing the payment of $5,868.30 (+/-) for the installation and electrical connection of said pole by Alabama Power Company.
5. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with MT2 for shell casing removal and berm remediation at the firing range.
6. Consideration: Resolution setting a public hearing for September 11, 2017 to consider an ordinance amending Chapter 129 of the City Code with respect to short-term real property rental regulations.
7. Consideration: Resolution approving the real estate office conditional use application submitted by ARC Realty for property at 2718 Cahaba Road (Local Business District).
8. Consideration: Resolution appointing a traffic consultant to study certain intersections within the City under the APPLE grant previously authorized upon the adoption of Motion No. 2017-082.
9. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a memorandum of understanding between the City and Jefferson County Commission with respect to [possible future] storm debris clean-up and disposal.
10. Consideration: Ordinance providing for a stop on Conrock Road at Rockhill Road.
11. Consideration: Ordinance providing for a stop on Conrock Road at Westbury Road.
12. Consideration: Ordinance providing for a stop on Spring Valley Circle at Spring Valley Court.
13. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is August 28, 2017, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
14. Comments from residents.
15. Adjourn.
