2. Consideration: Resolution appointing a member to the Parks and Recreation, Board, to serve without compensation through January 9, 2021 (to fill the unexpired term of Keehn Berry).
3. Consideration: Resolution declaring certain personal property surplus and authorizing its sale at public Internet auction.
4. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of a service agreement between the City and Birmingham Botanical Gardens.
5. Public hearing: Consideration of a resolution the vacating the cul-de-sac on the west end of Ridge Crest Road.
6. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is November 13, 2017, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
7. Comments from residents.
8. Adjourn.
